Played ITG tonight, was great fun.
The past few days I have been really out of it. When I get out of it I get bad scores (well bad to me anyway), then I get angry at myself and get more bad scores.
AND IT DOESN'T HELP WHEN THERE ARE GIRLS IN THE STORE THAT WON'T STOP SCREAMING AND PEOPLE ARE SMASHING THE CRAP OUT OF THE PUCK ON AIR HOCKEY AND IT NEARLY HITS YOU AND DSFARGEG!!
But anyway, after getting that 99.88% (which is actually the highest score I've ever got on ITG) I seem to be back into it. Pulled the beat-down on several of James and Cynthia's scores tonight.
It was just me and Jayce, which was cool.
Funny story, Jayce has started 'eating healthy', because he thinks his terrible eating habits are causing his stamina to deteriorate. He's probably right, he eats a LOT of McDonald's. So anyway, I was going to go to McDonald's for dinner because I am healthy, but then Jayce intervened, and said we should go to Princess Of India. Yeah, Indian buffet, real healthy. I decided to go along with it, and I'm glad I did, I got the buffet for free! Again! That's twice now!
Jayce said I looked like a hobo at a homeless shelter when I got myself some soup out of the soup container.
Jayce's girlfriend works at Princess Of India, she's English and she's lovely. What am I saying, of course she's lovely, she's English! It's impossible for English people to NOT be lovely. Anyway she got me the buffet for, initially, 10 dollars (normally 33), but then used her English lady magic to make it free.
If you ever want to go somewhere for dinner, go there. It's really nice and Laura (Jayce's girlfriend) will impress you with her ability to remember what drinks everyone ordered without writing them down!
So yeah... not so healthy, but definitely awesome.
The only thing that sucks is that ITG is HARD after Indian food. Nonetheless I got some nice scores and was happy.
Actually, speaking of the Princess Of India, it was Mum's birthday on the 2nd, and we all went there to celebrate (it had absolutely nothing to do with the fact that it is close to TimeZone... I swear).
Left to right: Granddad (check out his tattoo!), Dad, Me, Mum, Auntie Bev, Uncle Brent, Auntie Jacky, Alannah (my cousin), Uncle Keith (check out that amazing moustache!), my genius brother and Rosie.
I can't remember how old Mum is, but happy birthday!
Cool.
